A working day with Tiffany and her longtime coach, Brian Kavicky, to name what matters to you and set goals that are actually yours.
Most women aren’t short on goals. They’ve just been carrying everyone else’s. Tiffany and Brian teach in short stretches, then hand the time back: worksheet out, women at your table to think out loud with. You leave with your values in your own words, goals for the year ahead you could start on this week, and a way to bring all of it home to the people you share a life with.

The Life of And Mini-Retreat
One day out of the week to look honestly at what’s working, and leave with a plan for what isn’t.
Tiffany takes a room of women through the Life of And framework: what extraordinary looks like for you now, what’s quietly in the way, and the systems and rhythms that make a change stick. It opens with an evening of connection the night before, then a full working day in Indianapolis. Not a spa day. A workbook, a pen, and a table of women who get it.

A dinner where women leaders each bring one rising woman they believe in.
Every executive at the table invites one emerging leader she mentors or admires. Place cards seat them across from each other. Tiffany opens the night with a few honest words about living a Life of And, and there are question prompts under every plate for anyone ready to skip the small talk.
