The entrepreneur who rebuilt her own life first.

Tiffany Sauder spent twenty years building a company and a family on the same timeline. When the pace stopped being sustainable, she rebuilt her life one decision at a time. Life of And is what she learned.

Her story

Built the hard way.

Raised around builders.

I grew up the oldest of four in a very small town. My dad started his own business when I was in third grade, and I had a front-row seat to what that takes. I learned early that building something costs a lot, and gives a lot back.

Office hours

Two careers, one timeline.

I was 25 when my dad and I bought a small agency. He was the financial partner, and I was the sweat equity. That agency became Element Three. JR and I built our family on the same timeline as the business, and for a long time my answer to everything was to work harder.

There has to be a better way.

By 2018, I had pushed my business, my marriage, and myself to the brink, all at the same time. I remember lying in bed at night, staring at the ceiling, and saying exactly that.

I was so busy doing that I forgot completely how to be me.

Behind the mic

Change the tools, not the dream.

So I made my own life patient number one. One decision at a time, I renegotiated my yeses, outsourced what didn’t need me, and built simple systems so the ordinary things could run on their own. It took years, not a weekend.

In 2021, I started a podcast to share what was working. In 2025, I handed the CEO seat to my team to give Life of And my full attention. I do this so other women don’t have to hit the wall first. You don’t have to choose, and you don’t have to wait.

With you,

Tiffany

Her week

How she runs her own week.

None of it is fancy. That’s the point. These are the rhythms that keep a house with two big careers and four daughters running, and the same kind of tools Tiffany teaches.

Tiffany playing cards with two of her daughters around the living room coffee table.

Friday

A meeting with herself.

She looks at the week ahead, sees what’s coming, and orders the groceries before anyone asks what’s for dinner.

Sunday

The family meeting.

Everyone answers two questions: What am I missing? and What do you need from me? It’s how the house avoids same-day solving. The week’s problems come up on Sunday, not in a Wednesday scramble.

Every night

The ten-minute pick and put.

A timer goes on for ten minutes, and everyone picks things up and puts them away where they go. Every single night, so tomorrow starts fresh. Her rule: don’t break form.

All year

The house has a manager.

With two big jobs, a lot of travel, and neither of them especially handy, home repairs were always the thing that slipped. Now Neighbor Serve plans the year, finds the pros, and checks the work.
