The keynote

Building Your Life of And

On paper, the women in your audience are doing well. Underneath, many are running on exhaustion and guilt, trading career, family, and themselves against each other every week. At work, that shows up as burnout, disconnection, and less capacity than they used to have.

Most development programs treat professional growth and personal life as separate tracks. Tiffany treats them as two lanes of the same road. Nobody builds capacity in one lane while the other is falling apart.

Her framework is three circles: self, family, and career. A Life of And is the overlap, where all three are fed at once.

The Life of And framework: three overlapping circles labeled Self (the things that fill you up, like working out, hobbies, spiritual life, and friends), Family (the close, intimate relationships in your life), and Career (professional pursuits, including career, boards, and communities). The center, where all three overlap, is marked as the Life of And.

When one circle goes hungry, a familiar character shows up. Tiffany calls them the (un)Balanced Characters, and most women in the room have been at least one of them.

Self starved

The Grumpy Servant

Every lunch packed, every email answered, every meeting attended. It all looks handled from the outside, and there is nothing left for her.

Family starved

The Lonely Achiever

Winning at work and showing up for her job, while the relationships that matter most at home slowly drift.

Career starved

The Fearful Loyalist

Taking good care of herself and her people, and staying parked between comfort and her potential. Always at the edge, never over it.

This is where the talk turns. Attendees stop hearing a concept and start recognizing themselves, and then Tiffany gives them a way out.

I do not love being a grumpy servant, but I feel like I have tools now to be better.

THE STORY BEHIND IT

The life behind the talk.

Tiffany built Life of And out of her own life before she ever taught it from a stage. In this short film, she shares in her own words why she started it, with glimpses of the life behind the framework: on stage, at work, and at home with her family.

Long · about 220 words

Tiffany Sauder (sow-der; rhymes with chowder) is an award-winning entrepreneur, investor, board member, and keynote speaker who has spent twenty years building a business and a big family life at the same time.

As CEO of Element Three for nearly two decades, she grew the company into one of the country's leading marketing agencies, with multiple Inc. 5000 rankings and recognition as HubSpot's Agency of the Year. Then she made the deliberate choice to hand day-to-day leadership to a new executive team and turn to a question many high-achieving women quietly carry: is this success sustainable, and does it leave room for the rest of my life?

Her answer is Life of And, a framework for refusing the either/or. Not career or family, but a life where both get built on purpose. Tiffany teaches it as a design problem women can solve: three circles (self, family, and career), the patterns that show up when one of them is starved, and practical systems that make ambition sustainable. She shares it through keynotes and workshops, a program for company teams, and the Life of And podcast, a top 3% global show she has hosted weekly since 2021.

Tiffany is a wife and mom to four daughters, and the first to say she hasn't figured it all out.
