About this Keynote
In this keynote presentation, Tiffany Sauder, the visionary leader behind the remarkable growth of Element Three, takes the audience on an inspiring journey of triumph and transformation. She opens up about her initial struggles, where her passion for building a world-class company clashed with her lack of experience and wisdom, how she found herself leading a business that seemed to consume everything she held dear.
Drawing from her own experiences, Tiffany illustrates the importance of making tough decisions, displaying discipline, and cultivating a resilient mindset that paved the path to record profitability, heightened employee engagement, and produced extraordinary client results.

A Note from Tiffany
In 2018, at the beginning of a very normal day, I was suddenly struck with three realizations: My business was falling apart, my marriage was hitting rock bottom, and I was not okay.
My business had seen major success, big awards, and high growth, but I knew in my gut that it was not sustainable. My husband and I were both chasing big dreams, but we were running in opposite directions. I was doing all the things I ever wanted: I was married, had three beautiful girls, and was running my own business, but I was constantly overwhelmed, stressed, and living in fear. I wasn’t happy.
On that day, I knew things had to change, and that required three things: I needed to embrace vulnerability, make hard decisions, and choose discipline in order to get things moving in the right direction.
Five years later, I’m married to the same man, and our relationship is stronger than ever (so strong, in fact, that we added a surprise fourth kid to the mix). Element Three has a thriving culture and is growing sustainably, all with the same leadership team. And I am living the big, full ‘Life of And’ that I always dreamed of.
It was a hard journey with many difficult lessons learned along the way. In this keynote I share the scars and stories and the big wins on the other side. It speaks to your business and your personal life, challenging you to believe you can excel in all areas of your life.
